2. Can I customize my bouquet or arrangement?
Yes! Personalization is at the heart of our service. You can select flower types, colors, size, packaging, and additional gifts such as chocolates, candles, or cards. Simply specify your preferences when placing your order online or contact us directly for a fully customized creation.
3. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM in Paris and selected surrounding areas. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day unless otherwise requested.
4. How do I track my order?

5. Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?
Absolutely! You can choose your preferred delivery date when placing your order online. Please allow at least 24 hours for preparation. For special occasions or large events, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
6. What should I do if my flowers arrive damaged or wilted?
We take full responsibility for any quality issues. If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or significantly different from the description, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Eligible orders may receive a replacement, partial refund, or full refund. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
7. Do you deliver outside Paris?
We currently deliver within Paris and selected areas in Île-de-France. International delivery of fresh flowers is not available due to the perishable nature of our products. Non-perishable items, such as vases or accessories, may be shipped nationally in France.
8. How long will my flowers last?
Fresh flowers are carefully selected and arranged for maximum longevity. Most bouquets last between 5 to 7 days, depending on the type of flower and care. To prolong freshness:
